Early gut colonisation in calves is critical within the first 24 hours of life. OptiGuard® BioBoost will support for the competitive exclusion of undesirable organisms to reduce the severity and duration of scours.
Antibiotic use during stress events in your calves can disrupt healthy microflora. OptiGuard® BioBoost rapidly re-establishes gut microflora following therapeutic intervention.

When to use: Give to your calves at birth, during stress, or following antibiotic therapy.

Simple dosing – easy to use:
5g at birth (after colostrum, support early gut colonisation)
5g at stress events (dehorning, transport, illness)
5g post illness (support gut recovery during and after disease)
5g post antibiotic (re-establish gut microflora)
No withholding period | No risk of overdose | Dose can be doubled if required.

First dose: 5g on Day 1 after colostrum to support early gut colonisation.
Subsequent use: During stress events such as dehorning, illness, transport, or post-antibiotic treatment
