For the treatment and control in Foals and Ponies (150 kg - 300 kg) of ivermectin or praziquantel susceptible tapeworms and roundworms, bots and skin lesions.

Indications
At the recommended dose level, Promectin Plus Mini Allwormer Paste controls the following ivermectin or praziquantel susceptible parasites:
Tapeworms: Anoplocephala perfoliata, A. magna, Paranoplocephala mamillana (adult and immature, heads and segments)
Large Strongyles: Strongylus vulgaris (adults and arterial larval stages), S. edentatus (adults and tissue stages), S. equinus (adults) and Triodontophorus spp (adults)
Small Stronglyes: including benzimidazole resistant strains of Cyathostomum spp, Cylicocyclus spp, Cylicostephanus spp, Cylicodontophorus spp, Gyalocephalus sppPinworms: Oxyuris equi (adult and immature)
Ascarids: Parascaris equorum (adult and immature)
Hairworms: Trichostrongylus axei (adult).
Large Mouth Stomach Worms: Habronema muscae (adult)
Bots: Gasterolphilus spp (oral and gastric stages)
Lungworms: Dictyocaulus arnfieldi (adult and immature)
Intestinal Threadworms: Strongyloides westeri (adult)
WarningsPromectin® Plus Mini Allwormer Paste for Horses (300 kg – 600 kg) and Promectin®
Plus Mini Allwormer Paste for Foals and Ponies (150 kg – 300 kg) should not be used in foals or ponies less than 150 kg bodyweight. An alternative parasite control product should be used to treat foals and ponies less than 150 kg. Consult your veterinarian for a control program to meet your needs.
Directions For UseDosage: One syringe carries a dose that is sufficient for the weight category described on the packaging.
Administration: Use Promectin® Plus Mini Allwormer Paste for Horses (300 kg – 600kg) when treating horses between 300 kg and 600 kg and use Promectin® Plus Mini Allwormer Paste for Foals and Ponies (150 kg – 300 kg) when treating foals or ponies between 150 kg and 300 kg.
Ensure there is no food in the horse’s mouth. Insert the syringe into the side of the horse’s mouth, in the gap between the front and back teeth. Administer the entire contents of the syringe. Immediately raise the horse’s head for a few seconds after dosing, to ensure the full dose has been swallowed.
Promectin® Plus Mini Allwormer Paste (Horse or Foal and Pony) has shown a wide safety margin at the recommended dose level. It may be used in horses of all ages. Mares may be treated at any stage of pregnancy. Stallions may be treated without adversely affecting their fertility.
Withholding PeriodMEAT WITHHOLDING PERIOD (HORSES): DO NOT USE less than 28 days before slaughter for human consumption.

Do not allow children to play with paste or used containers. Can be fatal to children if sucked or swallowed. Harmful if swallowed. Will irritate the eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands after use.
